Christen Montero has been recognized globally for several accomplishments including featured on Forbes as one of the World’s leading marketers. She is a global business leader raised in Southern California and currently serves the people of Hawaii and California in the private business sector and non-profit work.

In 2018, Montero was recognized as an emerging business leader and Global Top 100 Most Influential Filipina women in London. In 2020, Christen received the ACES Award and recognized for carrying out significant corporate social responsibility campaigns, including having implemented policies and operational structures that generate returns beyond financial gains. Her personal mission is to protect the environment and she regularly demonstrates compassion for the community through her volunteer work as a Board Director, Mentor and International Speaker. She coaches business leaders to transform their mindset and recognize human resources as assets while continuing to strengthen social, economic and technical infrastructures within companies and organizations. Christen continues to be a beacon of leadership excellence and serves to encourage fellow industry peers to be conscious leaders.

Montero has a Bachelors in Holistic study of the Mind, Metaphysics, Marketing and Education, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Market Strategy Consulting. She has been able to achieve her mission of implementing interdisciplinary symbolic systems and knowledge management systems with her own derived framework for leadership and company development in a diverse set of industries.

She practices an interdisciplinary approach to business models, helping companies to scale by understanding socioeconomic and technical infrastructure needs to bring new innovative approaches to practice in various industries. Montero co-founded Blue Social a software company specialized in IoT and Smart Devices helping to connect people through technology. She continues to support process improvement within companies to assist in scaling operations sustainably while being conscious of the impact on the economy and surrounding communities.

Her civic engagement consists of mentoring college students in some of the top universities across the nation and an advocate against domestic violence and suicide. She is Board Chairman of the Board of Directors for Women Wonder Writers 501 © 3, focused on healing trauma through creative arts and breaking the school to prison pipeline in the USA and serves as Director of Global Partnerships for the Fil-Am Chamber of Commerce Tri-County covering Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside Counties.
