Eliza Serna

Eliza Leigh Serna is currently the Marketing & Operations Director of Tofer & Associates, a personal injury firm with offices in Beverly Hills, Upland, Hawthorne and Woodland Hills. She has been in this industry for more than a decade and takes pride in helping clients who have been injured due to accidents.

During the height of the Covid Pandemic in 2020, she founded Sama Ka Na Caravan & Events (SMKN) to help small food businesses bring their products to the streets of Southern California. From this initiative, she later founded the Sama Ka Na Foundation, Inc and co-founded USA Philippines Business Association (UPBA). The purpose of this foundation is to do charitable works in the Philippines and help create awareness and positivity to the Filipino youth in the US while UPBA’s goal is to bring meaningful community events primarily in California.

Eliza received her undergraduate degree from the University of the Philippines, her law degree from Philippine Law School and her master’s degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. She is the wife of a US Army Veteran and Chef as well as the mother of two crazy but wonderful kids.
