Carmela Giliberto graduated from CSUSB with a BA in Business with a concentration in Marketing & BS in Nursing. She currently works as a Business Services Specialist for San Bernardino County Workforce Development where she helps promote WIOA services such as on-the-job training, business workshops, incumbent worker training and other workforce services she will be discussing today. Prior to working for the County, Carmela was as an account executive in the banking industry for 17 years, an entrepreneur in the payment industry for 4 years and an active community leader, having served in a leadership capacity in multiple business organizations in the Inland Empire. She is also an active Church minister and prioritizes quality time with her family. She loves to tell jokes so next time you see her, hit her up for one!
