Ella Daya is the CEO of FGG Enterprises, Inc. and Found Publishing Corporation.
A proud graduate of the University of the Philippines Manila with a degree in Organizational Communication, Ms. Daya has built a remarkable career as a business leader, entrepreneur, and mentor.
With over 20 years of experience working for a construction management firm and an additional 10 years with Aerospace and Healthcare Staffing firms, Ella successfully led these businesses, securing over $1 billion in contracts and winning Awards. Her expertise has made her a sought-after speaker and advisor.
Ella turned to entrepreneurship and founded FGG with the goal of helping small businesses win contracts with both the public and the private sectors. This includes teaching and training Small Business Owners on Proposal Writing and finding opportunities.
Inspired by her young grandnephew and as a gifted writer and storyteller, Ella released her first book last November “Where the Socks Go”. She has 18 other copyrighted works and is on a mission to publish 60 books that inspire and educate young minds.
But more than her professional and creative achievements, what truly defines her is her unwavering faith. Everything she does is dedicated to serving God and uplifting others, whether through business, literature, or ministry.
